A new outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared at the Cottonwoods Care Centre in the Interior Health region where 82 per cent of residents had already received vaccines, according to the B.C. Centre for Disease Control’s website. The illness appears to be milder and doesn’t spread as much, Dr. Bonnie Henry says.
