An investigation by CBC’s The Fifth Estate found the person who was hit by a Canadian Pacific train in Regina on July 28, 1995, was a Winnipeg man. The Saskatchewan Coroners Service has identified the man as Michael Kirov and confirmed he was from Winnipeg.
