Southwest Airlines passengers faced a fourth day of travel woes on Monday as hundreds more flights were canceled.

“This is not a short-term disruption — this is a problematic issue that’s not going to go away for a while,” said one logistics expert.

Across the country, gas prices are highest in the West.

The breakthrough comes after changes were made, notably that the new 15 percent rate will not be increased at a later date, and that small businesses will not be hit with the new rates.
