Full STEAM Ahead As Barbados Science Students Launch Lunchbox Rockets.

Students from two high schools and five primary schools in Barbados learned yesterday about the importance of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). They were reminded that science is part of everything they do, including something as simple as breathing.

This was part of the STEAM Learning Outreach Project, organized to celebrate the 70th anniversary of McGill’s Bellairs Research Institute, located at Folkestone Marine Park, Holetown, St. James.
