The Government of the Virgin Islands is starting its Governance Transformation Education (GTE) campaign to help the public understand the major changes from the Commission of Inquiry (COI).

These changes come from nine key policies approved by Cabinet and fifteen laws passed in the House of Assembly, all aimed at carrying out the COI’s recommendations.
