February 20, 2026 Otis Jeffers of Cabbage Tree, Cayon, St. Kitts, has been charged with larceny in connection with an offence reportedly committed between January 20 and 29, 2026. Jeffers was formally charged at the Cayon Police Station on February 16, 2026.   (RSCNPF)
