An American government report has concluded that dangerous virus research in a lab in Wuhan, China is the most likely cause of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The 525-page report, released on Monday by the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, supports the theory that the virus leaked from a lab.

Barbados Does World’s First Climate Debt Swap For Water Plant.

Barbados has completed a unique debt-for-climate deal to fund water and sewage projects that can withstand climate change.

With help from international partners, Barbados replaced its old, expensive debt with cheaper financing. This saved US$125 million, which will be used to improve water management and make water and food more secure.
