The recalled yoghurt pouches have been available to buy at Woolworths stores in NSW, ACT, South Australia, Queensland, Northern Territory and online.

All three have also been available at independent IGA stores in Queensland and Victoria.

The Mango Coconut pouch has been sold at Coles stores in NSW and Victoria.

"Consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance should not consume this product," FSANZ said.

"Consumers should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.

"Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice."

Charging documents allege they assaulted the man yesterday – investigations continue.

Australian government officials in an Occupied Palestinian Territory have been directed to immediately leave with their families, days after Israel revoked visas for Australian representatives to the Palestinian Authority.

Government operations in Ramallah, a city in the West Bank which serves as Palestine's administrative capital, have been suspended.

"Our ability to provide consular assistance in the Occupied Palestinian Territories is extremely limited," a statement from Smartraveller reads.

"Australians in need of consular assistance should contact the Australian Embassy in Tel Aviv or Australian Embassy in Jordan."

Israel earlier this week kicked out Australia's representatives to the Occupied Palestinian Territories, accusing Australia of fuelling antisemitism in a move labelled "unjustified" by Foreign Minister Penny Wong.

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar announced the revocation of the diplomats' visas on Tuesday.

Sa'ar blamed Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's announcement he would recognise a Palestinian state and the decision to block a far-right Israeli politician from entering the country.

Sa'ar said Israel would also "carefully examine" any new visa applications from Australian officials.

The Australian Representative Office in Ramallah was established in 2000.

The office "facilitates Australia's relationships in the Occupied Palestinian Territories and enhances Australia's support for the Israeli-Palestinian peace process", according to its website.

More than 100 fresh charges have been laid against a former Melbourne doctor accused of recording colleagues in bathroom cubicles at multiple Melbourne hospitals.

Ryan Cho, 27, was charged with six offences last month relating to alleged offending at the Austin Hospital in Heidelberg, where he was accused of using a mobile phone to record coworkers inside staff toilets.

Detectives yesterday laid 127 further charges against Cho, related to stalking, producing intimate images and installing optical surveillance devices.

They relate to alleged offending at the Austin, as well as the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

Additional medical facilities where Cho worked between 2020 and 2025 are still being investigated by police.

The Croydon man was rearrested last month after detectives allegedly uncovered thousands of new graphic images on a seized hard drive.

Forensics found more than 4500 intimate videos allegedly secretly recorded in showers and hospital toilets between 2021 and 2025.

Police allege they were found inside folders named after three hospitals, their bathrooms and hundreds of alleged victims.

According to police, the majority are female doctors, nurses and paramedics who used staff facilities at the Austin Hospital, the Royal Melbourne and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

Cho, who remains in police custody, will appear at the Supreme Court tomorrow.

The Singaporean national arrived in Australia in 2017 to study at Monash University.

Queensland MP Robbie Katter, his pregnant wife and a member of his staff have walked away uninjured after a light plane crash in the outback.

Katter was piloting his white and green 1985 Mooney M20 plane from Normanton to Mount Isa Airport when he experienced an issue during landing about 11.20am yesterday.

"It did occur after landing, and ended up with the plane becoming slightly airborne and then back down again," he told 9news.com.au.

Katter said panic set in, and he did his best to bring the plane back under control.

"There's an element of panic, and I think that detracts from your judgment, but that's something you work on as a pilot, is trying to be certain in those moments," he said.

"Thoroughly regretful that it happened, and I'm pretty hard on myself, so getting myself into that position, and I guess the best I can say is I'm just committed to trying to improve on where those areas come from."

No one was injured in the crash. His pregnant wife, Daisy Katter, is doing okay.

Katter said the incident has been "traumatic". 

"The only damage is psychological, but it hasn't fooled me. Certainly would knock me for six," he said.

The Mooney M20 plane, however, suffered some damage and may not be recoverable.

The former property valuer and miner has been the Traeger MP since 2018 and the leader of Katter's Australian Party since 2020.

His electorate is one of the largest in the country, and covers about 428,900 square kilometres of rural and outback Queensland.

He said he began aviation in 2018 to help him travel across his electorate and to parliament in Brisbane.

"That's helped me get better use out of my travel budget, and it's helped me get around the electorate a lot more effectively," he said.

"That will play a strong role in determining what I do in the future, because I'm pretty committed to the role I do now and aviation's become a big part of that."

Katter had spent the two days before the crash travelling to Doomadgee, Burketown, Mornington Island and Normanton.

A Mount Isa Airport spokesperson said the incident did not impact their operations.

The Australian Transport Safety Bureau is investigating the crash.

Katter said it is too early for him to get back in the air and will have to engage his insurers. 

"I'll try and get back in the air and getting around pretty soon," he said.

"In the meantime, I'll just be driving a lot more. It won't hurt me to drive around."
