Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 07, 2021 (RSCNPF): On October 07, 2021, the Police charged a 16-year-old male for the murder of Kishaun Ritchen of Newtown. The offence was committed on September 23, 2021. He is currently in Police custody and is expected to appear before the Child Justice Committee shortly.
