Men charged after neighbourhood dispute in Sydney's west

Two men have been charged over an alleged assault after a neighbourhood dispute in Sydney's west.

Police visited Lang Crescent in Blackett at about 12.20am on Saturday after reports of an argument over noise.

Officers were told several projectiles were thrown between two homes before a physical altercation allegedly took place.

Police visited Lang Crescent in Blackett at about 12.20am on Saturday after reports of an argument over noise.

A 35-year-old man was found with a head injury and was taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Two men, aged 19 and 35, were arrested and charged with wounding a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm as well as affray.

Both men were refused bail.

They will appear in Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday.
