An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead in a home in Perth's north east.

Western Australia Police went to a house on Sabina Road in South Guildford about 10.40am today.

The woman, believed to be aged in her 30s, was dead when they arrived.

"Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the woman's death are ongoing," WA Police said.
