A technology glitch at the Bank of Ireland Tuesday, led to huge crowds flocking to ATMS to withdraw what they thought was free money. For a few hours, customers could withdraw up to $1,000 more than what was held in their accounts. Word spread quickly on social media but the bank says that customers who overdrew their accounts will have to pay the cash back.
