Starting on November 15, 2024, all sanctions applications, report forms, and related questions will be handled by the Virgin Islands Sanctions Unit, managed by the Attorney General.

The Virgin Islands Sanctions Unit is a dedicated body established to oversee the implementation and enforcement of international sanctions within the Virgin Islands.
