The Barbados Postal Service (BPS) has issued a press notice alerting members of the public to a fraudulent scheme circulating on various social media platforms, although it gives no details of which platform(s) are involved.

It says that posts or advertisements suggesting that the BPS is offering lost parcels for sale are simply not true.
