Police have charged Kenny Yassel, a Haitian national living in Sandy Point, with the offence of Larceny stemming from an incident reported on October 31, 2025. Yassel was formally charged on November 13, 2025, at the Basseterre Police Station. Authorities provided him with copies of the charge in both English and French.
