March 18, 2026 Merville Liburd of Zion, Nevis has been charged with Cultivation of Cannabis and Cultivation of Cannabis with Intent to Supply. The offences were committed on March 13, 2026, and Mr. Liburd was subsequently charged at the Charlestown Police Station. RSCNPF
