Mexican Army Arrests Top Drug Cartel Figure.

Mexican forces arrested José Ángel Canobbio, a high-ranking Sinaloa cartel member, shortly after the U.S. designated the cartel as a foreign terrorist organization. His capture is seen as a major blow to the cartel, which has been under pressure due to its fentanyl trafficking operations. The U.S. is expected to request his extradition soon.
