Police are today investigating the cause of a huge factory fire in Western Sydney.
The blaze broke out at a factory in Rydalmere overnight and required 100 firefighters to stop it spreading to nearby properties.
Firefighters were called to the property at about 10pm yesterday, after reports of smoke from the building. No one was inside.

A spokesman for NSW Fire and Rescue said today the blaze had been brought under control after about four hours but entry for firefighters remained unsafe after the roof collapsed.
"Entry has been impeded by rubble and debris from the fallen roof," he said.
The spokesman said heavy rain in the area had helped douse the fire and reduce smoke from the blaze site.
Footage showed the blaze lighting up the night sky with a wall of flames.
Earlier a resident told 9News how one neighbour banged on his door asking for help after he heard explosions from the blazing building.

"This woman started knocking on the back door, begging for help.
"She started screaming saying to call the fire brigade. I heard a couple of explosions, a lot of glass breaking and the roof collapsing and stuff."
An investigation into the cause of the fire has opened.
